This entire album was composed at 54/108 beats per minute to help with ujjayi breathing during yoga practice. The first song (sambhāra) is entirely vocals, song two (prayoga) is entirely drums, song three (darśana) features Stephanie on lead vocals, song four (bhāvanā) has 54 bass tracks and 27 ukulele tracks, song five (aśaikṣā) is the entire Heart Sutra…barbershop quartet style with beat boxing, and the last song is a soothing lullaby for shavāsana.
A portion of the proceeds from this project will support Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina to help end homelessness.
